Birth Doula Support
Free 1-hour interview with me to determine if I am the right doula to help you achieve your ideal birth
Two 2-hour prenatal visits with me to discuss birth preferences, types of support offered, community resources, etc.
24/7 text/email support
Continuous support during your birthing time up to 16 hours. Then hourly rate may apply.
Postpartum support and help initiating breastfeeding if desired for 1-2 hours following your birth
One postpartum visit approximately 1-2 weeks after your birth

One 30-60 minute postpartum planning meeting (prenatally or before starting contracted service hours) to determine how you would best like to utilize your postpartum doula

Private childbirth education classes to help you feel confident and prepared for your birth
Continuous in-person birth doula support
12 hours of postpartum doula support (can be split between overnight/day shifts as desired)

Prenatal birth planning Consultation
One 2-hour prenatal consultation to discuss your ideal birth and help you with creating your customized birth plan
Discussion on expectations vs reality and how to get the birth you hope for.
Discuss skin to skin and plan for first few hours of life.
Discuss and create newborn care and feeding plan.
